Luke here with an update. :) I spend my summers rafting down the Snake River in the Grand Teton National Park working as a river guide. Every year before I go, I spend about a month getting back in shape to safely navigate people down the dangerous stretch of river that I run.

To get back into shape (and for fun), I challenged Kristina in my video to work out with me. I hope she does, as working out with friends seems to work best. So if you’re up for it, you should join me (us)! Here is what I am planning on doing to start:
3 sets of 20 push-ups
3 sets of 20 sit-ups
Run 1 mile
3 times a week
I think that is good starting spot as I don’t want to get started too strong for everyone getting involved. I would love to hear your feedback if you join in. I’ve found that eating healthy and working out regularly leads to feeling better about yourself, having more energy, and gives you a feeling of accomplishment. If you’re just starting, it’s tough at first. But if you stick with it (together), I really think we can do it! If you start, leave a comment or video response to my video here.
